Returns, Replacement and Cancellation

We offer 10 days return and replacement. For certain category like Wrist Watches, Warranty is applicable.Customer has to contact our Customer Care for Return/Replacement.Artshai.com reserves the right to reject the Return/Replacement in case it is found that the product was mishandled or damaged after delivery.A user can cancel the order if it has not been shipped by Artshai.com. if order has been shipped, user has to follow the return procedure.

Viewing Orders

For viewing the orders placed by you, login to your account. Select my account from the menu on the top.Now select "My orders " from the menu to see the orders placed by you.

For updating Account information Select Account from the home page. After that My address book can be used to add new addresses or modify the existing ones. You can also update other information using "Account Information"
